The club's Annual General Meeting will take place on Thursday, 28th January at Eversholt Village Hall from 7:45pm (8pm start).
Minutes from last year's meeting will be made available through the website 14 days before the meeting.
A small number of copies of last year's minutes will be made available at the AGM for anybody who hasn't seen them, or wants to inspect the book.
