Midsummer Club BBQ - Saturday, 21st June

You are invited to join us at the Club's Midsummer BBQ from 7pm on Saturday, 21st June. It would be great to see as many players, juniors, parents, spectators and club members there as possible - everyone is welcome. We will have traditional BBQ food, traditional Indian tandoor-cooked food and salads, pastas, etc. available. The bar will open from 7pm until late.
During the day we'll also be hosting 120+ guests from EXL Service (UK) Ltd. This will be a private function with the guests arriving from around 12pm to be entertained with food and drinks as well by the cricket! It is expected that the majority of guests will be travelling by coach and will depart Eversholt Cricket Club at 5:30pm or a short while thereafter, although we have made it clear that any stragglers are welcome to stay as long as they like and to join the Club's Midsummer BBQ in the evening if they wish to do so.
The afternoon's activities (including catering and a bar) will take place in marquees set-up in the area between the pavilion and the score box to keep any impact on normal match day activities to a minimum.
Thank you in advance for your support and understanding for this important fundraising activity by the Club and we hope that any disruption to your normal routines and enjoyment of the cricket is minimal.
To summarise, the EXL Service (UK) Ltd. Corporate Day will take place between the hours of 12pm and 5:30pm (approximately). The Club's Midsummer BBQ for all club members will start at 7pm until late.
We hope to see as many people at the Club's Midsummer BBQ as possible.
