| Match Report | Elstow winning the toss decided to bat first putting on 41 before the loss of there first wicket, Elstow where able to build from this and with Jack Whister at the crease runs began to flow freely, till he fell just after getting his fifth to Adam Henchy for 52. Raja Shahid also added 51 to help Elstow on the way to 214 from the 40 over losing 9 wickets in the process with Adam Henchy finishing with 3/50 and Callum Butters 2/36. Eversholt took to the field with Roger Lewis and Michael Sibley opening the batting Roger falling for just 4 and another 3 quick wickets left Eversholt struggling at 55-4 with opener Michael Sibley and Adam Henchy at the crease. They build a good partnership getting us to 130-5 after losing M Sibley for 41. Wickets then once again fell and Eversholt where all out for 167 Adam Henchy 46. Raja Shahid taking 2/19 and Adam Ross 2/29. |
